I was born and raised in Rhode Island my entire life where I grew up a big sports fan and developed a passion for martial arts. I began fighting in tournaments when I received my black belt at 14 and currently have multiple state and New England championships in sport karate. Nowadays I fight as an adult on the highest rated sport karate circuit in North America (NASKA). This is all in addition to pursuing a bachelors degree in communication at the University of Rhode Island after transferring from Bryant University.
